在袋栽香菇生产过程中,从装袋到排场,要经过好几道工序和数次翻堆,操作时难免损坏菌袋,导致杂菌污染,为了解决这个问题,我们用石炭酸溶液注射菌袋破损处,收到了满意效果.(一)处理:①接种前对菌袋进行仔细检查,选择破损的菌袋100个,先用酒精(浓度75%)棉球擦净破损口,然后注入5%石炭酸溶液1～3毫升,针头拔出后立即贴上胶布。②选第一次翻堆时发现破损的菌袋100个,破损处已感染绿霉,但菌斑白色尚未产生孢子,处理方法同1。③选第一次翻堆时发现破损的菌袋100个,破损处已经感染绿霉产生绿色孢子,处理方法同1。④选接种前发现破损的菌袋100
