为寻求埋地管道在填海软土地基不均匀沉降工况下的变形规律,以唐山曹妃甸填海地区地质勘察资料为依据,基于固结压缩原理进行了填海地基沉降值的计算及预测,得出了填海软土地基沉降规律,并利用沉降修正系数校正高速公路段地基沉降量。通过对地基相对沉降量进行多组的定量设置,并以此作为管道变形的边界条件,采用等效弹簧模拟埋地管道中管土相互作用,采用有限元计算方法,分别计算了埋地管道在各变形作用下的应力值。结果表明:曹妃甸填海软土地基穿越公路管道在50年运营期间,不会发生断裂。
In order to find out the deformation regularity of buried pipeline under the condition of uneven settlement of reclaimed soft ground, based on the data of geological survey in Caofeidian reclamation area of Tangshan, the settlement value of reclaimed ground was calculated and predicted based on consolidation compression principle. The law of settlement of reclaimed soft ground is obtained, and settlement settlement of expressway section is corrected by settlement correction coefficient.
