自1978年改革开放以来,我国旅游业得到了迅速的发展,在新形式下,旅行社管理人员面临着转变传统经营管理理念、提高综合管理应变能力等诸多问题的挑战,特别是在电子商务迅猛发展的今天,对传统的旅行社行业构成了巨大的挑战。
