本文研究了在渗硼过程中获得的渗硼组织是单相还是双相;先形成的是 FeB,还是 Fe_2B 等问题,主要取决于渗硼过程的硼势。温度和时间等工艺因素也起一定的或相当重要的作用。同时还认为硼化物的形成是属于化学吸附——活性硼原子被金属表面吸附,在某些微区,因硼原子的偏聚而使硼的浓度达到8.83%或16.2%时,形成了 Fe_2B 或 FeB。
In this paper, the boronizing structure obtained during boronizing is single phase or dual phase; the first formation of FeB, or Fe_2B and other issues, mainly depends on the Boron potential boronizing process. Process factors such as temperature and time also play a role, or rather important. At the same time, it is also considered that the formation of borides belongs to chemisorption - the active boron atoms are adsorbed on the metal surface.
