总结分析我院1978～1982年间650例确诊为器质性心脏病并发慢性充血性心力衰竭患者中发生心源性黄疸的患者80例。着重讨论在诊断上容易混淆的黄疸性肝炎和药物性肝炎与心源性黄疸的鉴别诊断问题。
To sum up and analyze 80 cases of cardiogenic jaundice in 650 patients diagnosed as organic structural heart disease complicated with chronic congestive heart failure from 1978 to 1982 in our hospital. Focus on the diagnosis of easily confused jaundice hepatitis and drug-induced hepatitis and jaundice of the differential diagnosis.
