1999年1月-2007年6月，作者收治晚期前列腺癌合并膀胱出口梗阻21例，采用经尿道前列腺电汽化（TUVP）加双侧睾丸切除术和术后口服氟他胺治疗，疗效满意，避免了耻骨上永久膀胱造口。现报告如下。
