自改革开放政策实施以来,我国经济取得了跨越式的发展。而对我国经济的发展做出重大贡献的就不得不说石油企业。在油田企业与时俱进、取得快速发展的同时,企业的政工人才队伍建设是当下油田企业不得不面对的一个重要问题,因为政工人才队伍建设的成败会直接影响到油田企业的发展。本文根据延长油田企业政工人才队伍现状、存在问题,提出了政工人才队伍建设的策略。
Since the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up, China’s economy has made leaps and bounds. While making a significant contribution to the development of our economy, we have to say that the oil companies. While the oilfield enterprises are advancing with the times and making rapid progress, the construction of the contingent of political workers in enterprises is an important issue the oilfield enterprises have to face because the success or failure of the construction of the contingent of political workers can directly affect the development of oilfield enterprises. Based on the status quo and existing problems of extending the contingent of political workers in oilfield enterprises, this paper puts forward the strategy of building the contingent of politicians and workers.
