This provides useful inspiration for answering the questions we are currently facing in cultural construction and ideological work. First, we need to have an analytical approach to the universal values and universal ethics of two different attitudes and propositions. Second, Universal values and universal ethics are not self-evident; third, learning the achievements of civilizations of other nations and traditions does not necessarily require universal values and universal ethics; fourthly, it is not appropriate to regard the UN documents directly as universal .
