This research focuses on both parties to a commercial transaction - prostitution and prostitution. From a gender perspective, through a comparative analysis of the two, we find that there are gender differences in commercial sex trade groups: the age, occupation, educational level, personal income and family income of married men are higher than those of prostitutes; Economy and emotion are the main motivations and gains for the prostitute women to enter the commercial sex trade. Sexuality and emotion are the main motivation and acquisition for the male sex workers to enter the commercial sex trade. The “responsibility” As a kind of pushing force, “rights” play a certain pushing role in men’s entering into commercial sexual transactions; for commercial sexual transactions, women hold more critical attitude and men are more tolerant and recognizable. Therefore, while condemning, punishing, educating, helping and saving women in prostitution, we should also define the responsibility of men who have become victims of prostitution and condemn, punish, educate, help and save them accordingly. Looking further, the existence of this gender difference is a reflection of the double moral standards of gender inequity and gender allocation in social wealth allocation and resource allocation. To change this injustice, to eliminate this double standard, in order to implement a more effective blockade of commercial sex transactions
