北京最亮投资热点?中关村是以十二大生态科技园区为主构成的高科技发展区域,每年经济指标持续在20%以上的增长率。2004年今年1至4月份,中关村科技园区整体经济平稳增长,园区企业实现技工贸总收入653.3亿元,同比增长9.3%。与此同时,中关村西区的项目投资约150亿人民币,成为商业投资的热点。
Beijing’s brightest investment hot spot? Zhongguancun is a high-tech development zone composed mainly of 12 major ecological science and technology parks, annual economic indicators continued to grow at more than 20%. From January to April 2004, the overall economy of Zhongguancun Science Park steadily increased. The park’s total revenue from technology, industry and trade reached 65.33 billion yuan, an increase of 9.3% over the same period of last year. At the same time, Zhongguancun West project investment of about 15 billion yuan, becoming a commercial investment hot spot.
