对小麦、大麦、水稻、棉花、大豆、蚕豆、花生等作物上的丝核菌比较结果,在菌落形态和菌核形成等培养性状上,均有明显的差异;在生理特性上,都要求较高的土壤湿度,对温度的反应则有高温和低温两种类型。 小麦、大麦、水稻和棉花上的丝核菌分离物,分别与这四种作物交互接种,不仅可以相互侵染,而且能交叉致病。病原分离物的致病力因作物而异,但对其原寄主的致病力则表现最强。
