With the promulgation of two standards, ISO14000 and ISO18000, the importance of controlling transmission noise has become increasingly evident. Gear reducer is one of the most important components of industrial robots that generate noise. This paper analyzes the causes of the reducer noise in detail and puts forward the solutions.
