通过研究个性的概念、特征、发展类型以及对当代高中学生个性特征及影响因子的详细讨论,提出了引导当代高中学生个性发展的策略:政府作为宏观指导者,科学定位学校教育改革的方向;媒体作为社会监督者,积极创造高中生个性发展的外部条件;学校作为教育实践者,努力深化高中阶段素质教育发展;家庭作为直接监护者,认真辅助学生个性的培育。
By studying the concept, characteristics, types of development and the personality characteristics and influencing factors of modern high school students, this paper puts forward a strategy to guide the contemporary high school students’ personality development. The government, as a macro-guide, scientifically locates the direction of school education reform; As a social supervisor, we actively create the external conditions for high school students ’individuality development. As an educational practitioner, the school strives to deepen the development of quality education in high school. As a direct guardian, the family earnestly assists in cultivating students’ individuality.
