肱骨髁上骨折是肘关节周围最常见的骨折。在临床中,经常出现医生1人接诊的情况,由于急诊医生少,缺乏助手的配合,易造成骨折的复位不良。笔者自1997年1月～2006年12月采用单人整复小夹板外固定方法治疗此类患者162例,得到了良好的治疗效果,现报告如下。1临床资料本组162例:男108例,女54例;年龄4～13岁,平均8.3岁;其中伸直型155例,屈曲型7例。全部病例均为急性损伤,48h内就诊。
