本文研究了24个烟草品种对青枯菌(Pseudomonassolanacearum(Smith)Smith)的相对抗性水平。方差分析表明,只有少数品种间抗性水平有显著差异。根据不同接菌浓度下品种的抗性水平分析,相对抗性较强的品种有Nc95、Nc82和Oxfod26等;较有感病的品种有青梗和Ky9两个品种,其余品种介于两者之间。烟草抗性水平与接菌浓度密切相关。同一品种在不同接菌浓度下的抗性水平有很大的差异,与其他品种相比,永定一号在低菌浓度接种后抗性最强,在高菌浓度接种后抗性最弱,G28的抗性变化正好与永定一号相反,而Yellomammoth在两种接种浓度下相对抗性水平保持一致。说明烟草不同品种对接菌浓度的变化敏感性不同。对抗感水平不同的烟草品种在由低到高接菌浓度下的发病动态学分析指出,较为感病的品种永定一号、G140和4-4在接菌后14d内病情指数急剧上升,且接菌浓度愈高,病情指数上升愈快,最终病情指数愈大。较为抗病的品种Nc95、Nc82和G28,发病动态与接菌浓度相关性不密切。
This article studied the relative resistance of 24 tobacco cultivars to Pseudomonas solanacearum (Smith) Smith. Analysis of variance showed that there was significant difference in the level of resistance among only a few varieties. According to the analysis of the resistant level of varieties with different inoculation concentration, there are Nc95, Nc82 and Oxfod26 among the more resistant varieties. The results showed that the susceptible variety Yongding-1, G140 and 4-4 had a sharp rise in disease index within 14 days after inoculation, and the resistance index of tobacco cultivars with different levels of resistance varied from low to high inoculation concentration. The higher the bacterial concentration, the faster the disease index rose, the greater the final disease index. The more resistant varieties Nc95, Nc82 and G28, the incidence of infection and inoculation concentration is not closely related.
