目的了解2016年三河市从事餐饮服务行业人员沙门氏菌的带菌状况和所携带的菌型分布情况,为防制食源性肠道传染病提供数据支持。方法采集三河市餐饮服务行业从业职员体检的肛拭标本,开展平板培养、生化和血清分型。结果 2016年共检测肛拭标本36 452份,检出沙门氏菌6株。囊括4个血清群5个血清分型,其中B群3株(鼠伤寒沙门氏菌2株)占50.0%;C1群1株;C2群1株;D群1株。结论三河市餐饮服务行业从业人员沙门氏菌的带菌率较高,且出现鼠伤寒沙门氏菌。疾控部门应引起高度重视。
Objective To understand the carrier status and the distribution of Salmonella in food service workers in Sanhe City in 2016 and provide data support for the prevention of enterogenous intestinal infectious diseases. Methods Samples of anus swabs collected from employees in catering service industry in Sanhe City were collected for plate culture, biochemistry and serotyping. Results A total of 36 452 samples of anal swabs were detected in 2016, and 6 strains of Salmonella were detected. There were 5 serotypes of 4 serogroups, including 3 of group B (2 strains of Salmonella typhimurium) accounted for 50.0%; 1 group of C1; 1 group of C2; 1 group of D. Conclusion Sanhe City, catering service industry practitioners Salmonella bacteria higher rates, and the emergence of Salmonella typhimurium. Disease control department should attract great attention.
