人的身体活动有三种,即肢体运动、心理活动和呼吸运动。在我们高职的体育与健康课堂上,教师更注重学生的身体姿势和动作的练习,在新课程标准的影响下,我们也注意了学生在学习过程中思维、情意和意识过程的展开,对于呼吸运动,可能只是在放松练习的一种手段或辅助练习的一种形式,没有把呼气和吸气在体育与健康课程中真正实施。本文通过对呼吸活动的分析,试图把这种方式的活动引入高职体育与健康的课堂上,使学生身心在多样性的体育与健康课程中得到更好地发展。
There are three types of physical activities in the body, namely physical exercise, mental activity and respiratory exercise. In our physical education and health classes in higher vocational schools, teachers pay more attention to students ’body posture and movements. Under the influence of the new curriculum standards, we also pay attention to the development of students’ thinking, affection and awareness process in the learning process. Breathing exercises may be just a form of relaxation or a form of complementary exercise that does not actually apply exhalation and inspiration in the physical and health curriculum. Through the analysis of respiratory activity, this article attempts to introduce this kind of activity into the class of physical education and health in higher vocational education so as to make students’ physical and mental development better in the diversified physical education and health curriculum.
