本文报道了核不育八倍体小偃麦89028的选育及研究结果。试验结果表明:①89028已初步转育为异源八倍体小偃麦,根尖细胞染色体数2n=56条;花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ二价染色体出现的频率较高,其中具28个二价体的细胞数为36,占观察细胞总数的67.9%。②89028后代育性分离情况经卡方检验作适合度测定,实得X~2值为0.4167,小于X~2_(0.05,r=1)=3.84,不育株与可育株的分离比率符合Ta1基因的遗传规律。③89028异交结实率为54.9%,已达到核不育植株的一般结实比率。
This paper reports the breeding and research results of the nuclear sterile octoploid Tritium aestivum 89028. The results showed that: (1) 89028 had been initially transformed into allotopic octoploid, and the chromosome number of root tip cells was 2n = 56. The pollen mother cells metaphase Ⅰ digestible chromosomes appeared more frequently, of which 28 The number of bivalent cells was 36, accounting for 67.9% of the total number of cells observed. ② The segregation rate of 89028 progeny was determined by chi-square test. The actual value of X ~ 2 was 0.4167, less than X ~ 2_ (0.05, r = 1) = 3.84. The segregation rate of sterile plants and fertile plants was in accordance with Ta1 Genetics of genes. ③ 89028 outcrossing rate of 54.9%, has reached the general rate of plant fertility of nuclear fertility.
