孔子曰:“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”快乐的课堂能使学生的个性得到充分张扬,使其身心健康、和谐地发展。那么,如何营造快乐的课堂氛围,笔者认为,可从以下几个方面入手:一、授之以渔,尊重个性当老师提出问题时,也许有些学生的思路看起来很幼稚,可能并不聪明,但这是学生自己思考的结果,应当允许和尊重。我们可以关注每一种方法,但不能强求每一个学生都能用不同的方法,更不能强求用统一的方法、固定的解题模式,应注重一般
