采用土培试验,对硼效率不同的甘蓝型油菜进行两步筛选。(1)苗期筛选:选择130个甘蓝型油菜品种,在缺硼和硼正常处理条件下,根据苗期地上部干物重比(-B/+B)作为硼效率系数,来反映不同品种硼效率差异,初步判断有硼高效品种22个,硼低效品种2个,硼中效品种106个;(2)产量筛选:以B2(土壤有效硼0.25mg/kg),B3(土壤有效硼1.0mg/kg)水平下油菜种子产量比(B2/B3)来反映不同品种利用硼效率的差异。获得硼高效品种7个,硼低效品种1个。同时苗期筛选后选取的9个品种经过产量筛选验证,有8个品种与油菜种子产量筛选一致,苗期筛选选取准确率接近90%,证明两步筛选法(苗期筛选,产量筛选)在选择硼效率不同的甘蓝型油菜品种有较好的可靠性。
Soil test was used to screen two-step Brassica napus with different boron efficiency.
