当一个系统的复杂性增大时的人们对它的精确化能力将减小,即复杂性与精确性互相排斥,而与复杂性紧密相伴的就是模糊性。机械的退化型故障是一个极其复杂的过程,要用演绎法来精确推导其分布几乎不可能。本文采用模糊数学的方法分析,其好处在于:除了仍然用概率论的方法来反映故障的随机性质之外,还可以用模糊语言来表达设计者对故障过程的一些判断,以适应工程中各种复杂情况。所以,最终计算得到的机械可靠度,将是一个较全面较符合客观事物的指标。
