随着高校绩效工资改革的深入推进,陕西各地市高校结合自身特点逐步进行绩效工资分配改革。本文通过介绍咸阳职院绩效工资分配改革的实践探索,分析其激励机制的改革成效,并对深化陕西地市高职院校绩效分配制度改革进行了思考和研究。
With the advancement of performance salary reform in colleges and universities, colleges and universities all over Shaanxi gradually reform their performance-based salary distribution according to their own characteristics. This paper introduces the reform of Xianyang Vocational College performance pay to explore the practical exploration of the incentive mechanism of reform and to deepen the reform of performance allocation system in Shaanxi municipal higher vocational colleges thinking and research.
