胚胎植入需要囊胚与子宫内膜同步发育,着床窗口期子宫内膜容受性在植入过程中起关键作用。近年研究发现,许多细胞因子、酶类等与子宫内膜容受性密切相关。巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)是目前公认的一种调节免疫反应的多功能细胞因子。研究发现,MIF可影响整合素和血管内皮生长因子的表达。研究胚胎植入过程中MIF的表达及与相关细胞因子之间的作用,综述MIF与子宫内膜容受性的关系。
Embryo implantation requires synchronous development of the blastocyst and endometrium, and endometrial receptivity during the implantation window plays a key role in the implantation process. Recent studies have found that many cytokines, enzymes and so is closely related to endometrial receptivity. Macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) is a well-established multifunctional cytokine that regulates the immune response. The study found that MIF can affect integrin and vascular endothelial growth factor expression. To study the expression of MIF during embryogenesis and the role of MIF in the process of embryo implantation, and to review the relationship between MIF and endometrial receptivity.
