x射线荧光光谱分析已是一种简便、快速地进行多元素分析的有效手段之一。 由于元素间的相互影响,分析元素特征,x射线强度和其浓度一般没有简单的线性关系,为了定量的测定分析元素含量,必须对元素间的影响加以修正,人们提出过许多修正方法:基本参数法、经验系数法、以及介于经验系数法与基本参数法之间的半基本参数法。本文以铑靶的ka线的康普顿散射线作内标和经验系数法进行基体效应的校正,拟定了沙样,土样中25种元素的直接测定方法,本法适用于沙漠考察和土壤考察中大批量样品中多元素分析。
