测定40例慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果表明CRF患者血浆SOD含量比正常对照组显著降低,而且尿毒症病情越重,降低越明显。血液透析后血浆SOD含量有明显意义的升高。提示测定CRF患者血浆SOD含量对诊断和治疗有一定价值,对CRF患老长期血透有利于患者恢复抗氧化能力,减轻过量氧自由基引起的脂质过氧化作用及对各种组织的损伤作用。
To determine the changes of plasma superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 40 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). The results showed that plasma levels of SOD in patients with CRF were significantly lower than those in the normal control group, and the more severe the disease, the more obvious the decrease was. After hemodialysis plasma SOD content increased significantly. Prompt determination of plasma levels of SOD in patients with CRF has a certain value in the diagnosis and treatment of CRF in patients with long-term hemodialysis is conducive to the restoration of antioxidant capacity, reduce excessive oxygen free radicals caused by lipid peroxidation and damage to a variety of organizations .
