目前危害全球香蕉生产最严重的病害是香蕉枯萎病,从海南霸王岭原始森林土壤中筛选出一株对香蕉枯萎病尖孢镰刀菌4号生理小种(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4,Foc4)具有抑制活性的放线菌BWL58,经过16S r DNA和形态学生理生化指标鉴定该放线菌为一种不吸水链霉菌(Streptomyces ahygroscopicus BWL58)。通过液液萃取、离子交换树脂层析、生物显影方法从BWL58菌株发酵液中分离出主要抑菌活性成分,根据UV波谱推断活性成分含有四烯大环内酯类化合物。室内抑菌谱测定该活性成分对草莓灰霉、稻瘟病菌、烟草赤星、小麦赤霉病菌等多种植物病原真菌均有抑菌活性。
At present, one of the most serious diseases that endanger the global banana production is banana wilt disease. Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4 (Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4, Foc4) actinomycetes BWL58 with inhibitory activity. The Actinomyces strain was identified as a Streptomyces ahygroscopicus BWL58 by 16S rDNA and morphological and physiological and biochemical indicators. The main antibacterial activity components were isolated from the fermentation broth of BWL58 by liquid-liquid extraction, ion exchange resin chromatography and bio-visualization method. The active compounds were identified to contain tetraenoids by UV spectroscopy. The antibacterial spectrum was determined to be antibacterial activity against various plant pathogenic fungi such as strawberry gray mold, rice blast fungus, tobacco red star, wheat scab, and the like.
