室性心律失常和心源性猝死的发生均存在昼夜节律。引起昼夜节律的原因很多,交感-副交感神经的昼夜张力变化是非常重要的原因,两者的失衡可引起心电稳定改变,从而易发室性心律失常和猝死。本文回顾近年来对心源性猝死和室性心律失常的昼夜节律的研究结果,并分析两者的关系,从而探讨室性心律失常的昼夜节律的机制和临床意义。
Circadian rhythm exists in both ventricular arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death. Circadian rhythm caused by many reasons, sympathetic - parasympathetic changes in diurnal tension is a very important reason, the imbalance between the two can cause stable ECG changes, and thus prone to ventricular arrhythmias and sudden death. This article reviews the results of circadian rhythms of sudden cardiac death and ventricular arrhythmia in recent years, and analyzes the relationship between the circadian rhythm and ventricular arrhythmias to explore the mechanism and clinical significance of circadian rhythm.
