一、估计的可能性在林木育种工作中,遗传参数的估计是很重要的。我们协作组所进行的第二次杉木种源试验采用了平衡不完全区组设计的方法实施造林。在洋口南山、大田桃源、莱州光坑、莱州马坑、莱州宝珠等试点都对山场进行了严格的局部控制。为了对杉木种源进行遗传参数的估计,我们对各试点1985年底的调查材料分别按随机区组和平衡不完全区组设计的变量分析方法进行了分析。除洋口南山试点种源的均方和F 值均相当接近(见表1)外,其余试点均为
First, the possibility of estimation In the forest breeding work, the estimation of genetic parameters is very important.
