利用气相纳米SiO_2(二氧化硅)的活性改变了EP(环氧树脂)胶粘剂的黏度,提高了环氧基与纳米SiO_2的键合力,改善了EP胶粘剂的粘接性能。研究结果表明:当w(纳米SiO_2)=2%(相对于EP胶粘剂中基料质量而言)时,胶粘剂的剪切强度相对最大,同时兼具良好的浮辊剥离强度,并且胶粘剂的施工性能得到明显改善,克服了施工缺陷。
The viscosity of EP (epoxy resin) adhesive was changed by the activity of gas phase nano-SiO 2 (silica), the bonding force between epoxy group and nano-SiO 2 was improved, and the adhesive property of EP adhesive was improved.
