随着城市的扩大和消费者购买习惯的变化,传统农贸市场已经很难满足消费者对农产品的需求。农业专业合作社、农业龙头企业等新型流通组织以及冷链物流、电子商业等新兴业态的出现,促使农产品流通向着多元化、现代化的方向发展。社区生鲜超市和农产品电商等新兴零售端的出现,使消费者可以在更短的时间和距离内进行农产品购买,吸引新的消费群体。为促进生鲜农产品电商化流通创新,文章提出加强批发市场信息化及物流建设、提高超市经营生鲜农产品比例和发挥龙头企业物流优势形成核心竞争力等对策。
With the expansion of cities and changes in consumer buying habits, the traditional farmers market has been very difficult to meet the consumer demand for agricultural products. Agricultural cooperatives and agricultural leading enterprises, as well as emerging formats such as cold chain logistics and electronic commerce, have encouraged the circulation of agricultural products to diversify and modernize. The emergence of new retail outlets such as community fresh markets and agro-products e-commerce enables consumers to buy farm products in shorter time and distance and attract new consumer groups. In order to promote the innovation and commercialization of fresh agricultural products, the paper proposes some countermeasures such as strengthening the informationization and logistics construction in wholesale markets, increasing the proportion of supermarkets operating fresh produce, and giving play to the logistics superiority of leading enterprises to form core competitiveness.
