针对公路隧道周边轮廓线控制超欠挖的施工方法这一技术难题,以中铁十一局在广州在建项目江门到罗定的江罗高速公路为依托,通过现场试验对周边眼的装药方式进行了深入研究。针对周边眼控制爆破,笔者提出了一种水袋、气体和乳化炸药三相材料组合的爆破技术,即固液气三相爆破技术。实验结果显示:该试验方法最明显的优势是有效的控制了隧道周边轮廓线的超欠挖量,最终周边眼的半孔残留率到达95%左右。本文研究成果,为指导现场爆破施工和固液气三相爆破理论研究提供了重要的实验依据。
Aimed at the technical problem of over-under-excavation method for contour control around highway tunnels, based on the experimental setup of the surrounding eyes by means of on-site tests based on the construction of Jianglv Expressway under construction in Jiangmen-Luoding of China Railway 11 Bureau in Guangzhou, Conducted in-depth study. For the control of peripheral eye blasting, the author put forward a kind of blasting technology of three-phase material combination of water bag, gas and emulsion explosive, that is solid-liquid three-phase blasting technology. The experimental results show that the most obvious advantage of this test method is that it effectively controls the excess undercutting of the perimeter of the tunnel, and the final half-hole residual rate of the peripheral eye reaches about 95%. The research results in this paper provide an important experimental basis for guiding the blasting construction and the theoretical study of solid-liquid gas three-phase blasting.
