以茄子幼苗为材料,研究不同浓度(0、50、100、150和200 mmol·L-1)NaCl胁迫对其幼苗叶片膜透性、MDA含量、抗氧化酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性、叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,茄子幼苗叶片质膜相对透性及MDA含量升高,抗氧化酶(CAT、SOD和POD)活性呈现先升后降的趋势;叶绿素含量下降;叶绿素荧光参数(F0、NPQ)比对照升高,参数(Fv/Fm、q P、ФPSⅡ和ETR)均比对照下降。NaCl胁迫对茄子幼苗一些生理特性有一定影响,低浓度(50 mmol·L-1)NaCl处理对茄子植株无明显影响;高浓度(150、200mmol·L-1)NaCl处理,植株逐渐表现出盐害症状,且随着处理时间的延长和处理浓度的增加盐害程度加重。
The effects of different NaCl concentrations (0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 mmol·L-1) on the membrane permeability, MDA content, antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD and CAT) Effect of Chlorophyll Content and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters. Salt treatment with high concentration (150,200mmol·L-1) NaCl gradually showed salt As the treatment time prolongs and the treatment concentration increases, the degree of salt damage aggravates.
