目的探讨鸦胆子油乳剂对中晚期肺癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法采用流式细胞术对115例接受不同化疗方案(单纯化疗组和鸦胆子油乳剂加化疗组)的中晚期肺癌患者,测定其化疗前、后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD16+56+阳性率,并与健康对照进行比较。结果(1)化疗前肺癌患者CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD16+56+均显著低于健康对照组,CD8+则升高;(2)单纯化疗组化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、CD16+56+较化疗前降低,而联合化疗组上述指标较化疗前升高;(3)单纯化疗组和联合化疗组中,化疗有效者化疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD16+56+明显高于化疗无效者,而联合化疗组中化疗有效者上述指标明显高于单纯化疗组化疗有效者;(4)肺癌患者不同病理类型间在化疗前、后外周血T细胞亚群及NK细胞阳性率无显著性差异。结论中晚期肺癌患者细胞免疫功能较低,鸦胆子油乳剂对化疗导致的免疫功能损害具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Brucea javanica oil emulsion on cellular immune function in patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with advanced lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy (chemotherapy alone and Brucea javanica oil emulsion plus chemotherapy group) were enrolled in this study. Flow cytometry was used to determine the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD16 + 56 + Positive rates were compared with healthy controls. Conclusions The cellular immune function of patients with advanced lung cancer is low. Brucea javanica oil emulsion has a protective effect on the immune dysfunction induced by chemotherapy.
