广西玉林大容山水电厂的1台800kW同步发电机,采用可控硅励磁,其整流电路为三相半控桥式。1987年9月机组安装投入运行不久,出现了可控硅两相运行的故障。现将故障现象及处理方法介绍如下。(一) 故障现象从发电机空载建压到并网满载运行,机组工作正常。运行6h后,无功表指示下降。调节“电压整定”电位器,当其指示到满刻度时,自动调节器的控制信号电压已达最低值,无功仍不能增至额定。停机以后,对励磁系统进行开环调试,用万用表测量可控桥直流侧输出电压,发现输出直流电压能够在规定范围内正常调节。重新开机并网运行,几小时后,上述故

After shutdown, the excitation system for open-loop debugging, with a multimeter to measure the controllable bridge DC output voltage and found that the output DC voltage can be regulated within the specified range. Reboot the grid operation, a few hours later, the above
