纵观世界现状,全球经济一体化、世界贸易自由化已经成为不可阻挡的潮流。大量外国企业进入中国市场的同时,中国的一些企业也在走出去,逐渐融入全球经济和社会。2015年6月10日,我在重庆“全球汽车论坛”上发表题为“融入国际化与全球型企业文化建设”的演讲,提到了我们在并购沃尔沃过程中的心得体会。我认为,文化因素是并购过程中的关键点,企业的经济效益是企业生存的血液,没有效益的企业就会破产,而企业愿景、宗旨、使命及核心价值追求是企业发展的文化原动力,两者都很重要,缺一不可。只有这样,才能保证企业在全球市场不断取得成功。
Looking at the status quo in the world and the global economic integration, world trade liberalization has become an irresistible trend. While a large number of foreign enterprises have entered the Chinese market, some Chinese enterprises are also going out and gradually integrating into the global economy and society. On June 10, 2015, I delivered a speech entitled “Integration into the Globalization and Global Corporate Culture Building” at the Chongqing Global Automobile Forum and mentioned our experience in the acquisition of Volvo. In my opinion, the cultural factor is the key point in the M & A process. The economic benefit of the enterprise is the blood of the enterprise, and the ineffective enterprise will go bankrupt. The pursuit of the enterprise’s vision, purpose, mission and core value is the cultural driving force of the enterprise development. Are very important, are indispensable. The only way to ensure that enterprises in the global market continue to succeed.
