运用RT-PCR技术对采自浙江12个柑橘产地的181份柑橘样品进行检测,首次从浙江的‘佛手’柑(Citrus bergamia)和‘红美人’橘(C.reticulata)上检测出柑橘黄脉病毒(Citrus yellow vein clearing virus,CYVCV),其检出率分别为68.0%和47.2%。选取4个CYVCV毒株与11个已知CYVCV毒株进行全序列分析,结果显示CYVCV序列保守性较高,所有15个CYVCV毒株的核苷酸和氨基酸序列相似性分别为96.9%~99.8%和97.9%~99.4%。虽然采自浙江的4个CYVCV毒株在进化树中聚成单独的簇,但CYVCV毒株间的亲缘关系可能不与其采样地的存在相关性。
181 citrus samples collected from 12 citrus producing areas in Zhejiang were detected by RT-PCR. Although four CYVCV strains collected from Zhejiang were clustered into individual clusters in the phylogenetic tree, the genetic relationship between CYVCV strains may not be related to the presence of their sampling sites.
