为了降低橡胶沥青混合料过高的成型压实温度,减少对其路用性能、环境和施工人员的不良影响,提出了掺入Sasobit有机温拌剂降低其压实温度的方法。该方法分别进行了130、140和150℃共3个压实温度下的马歇尔试验,并进行了马歇尔体积参数检测。试验结果显示:掺入3%剂量的Sasobit温拌剂,橡胶沥青混合料可降低压实成型温度20~30℃,且其马歇尔体积特征参数满足密级配沥青混合料技术要求,同时具备良好的水稳定性和抗高温车辙性能。
In order to reduce the high forming compaction temperature of rubber asphalt mixture and reduce its adverse effect on road performance, environment and construction personnel, a method of incorporating Sasobit organic temperature-reducing agent to reduce compaction temperature is proposed. The method was carried out Marshall test at three compaction temperatures of 130, 140 and 150 ℃ respectively, and the Marshall volume parameters were tested.
