煤壁注浆加固技术是防治煤壁片帮的有效措施,其关键环节在于注浆量的选择。针对注浆量选择这一难题,设计了“一种破碎煤体与注浆再次成型”的实验方案,采用岩石力学试验机对不同浆液比重下煤样试件进行单轴抗压与楔形剪切试验。研究结果表明:浆液的存在延续了煤样的变形,减少了煤样试件的脆性破坏;存在一个合适的浆液比重使得煤样的单轴抗压强度、残余强度达到最大,大于或小于此比重,含浆液煤样强度都未达到最大;浆液的存在增加了煤样的抗剪强度,表现在增加了煤样内聚力,而对摩擦角影响不大。研究结果为现场注浆量的选择提供了理论基础。

The presence of slurry increased the shear strength of coal samples, which showed an increase in cohesion of coal samples with little effect on the friction angle. The results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of the amount of grouting in the field.
