目的:建立猕猴桃中膨大素的高效液相色谱测定法。方法:以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,用HY-PERSIL C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)进行分离,于波长265 nm处检测。结果:线性范围为5μg/L~100μg/L(r=0.9999),回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.4%。结论:用该方法测定膨大素含量,结果稳定,重现性好,可操作性强,适于猕猴桃中膨大素含量的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of benthia in kiwifruit by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Methanol - water (65:35) was used as the mobile phase and separated by HY-PERSIL C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) at a wavelength of 265 nm. Results: The linear range was 5μg / L ~ 100μg / L (r = 0.9999). The recovery was 98.5% and the RSD was 1.4%. Conclusion: The method was used to determine the content of canthaxanthin, with stable results, good reproducibility and strong operability. It is suitable for the quality control of the content of canthaxantin in kiwifruit.
