急性脑卒中是危害中老年人身体健康和生活质量的常见病，卒中后并发肺部感染较为常见。现将我院１９９３～１９９７年收治的急性脑卒中并发肺部感染１２６例报道如下：１ 临床资料１．１ 一般资料收集５年中急性脑卒中病例３３７例，并发肺部感染者１２６例（３７．３９％）
