介绍了一种振动时效控制系统的设计方案,利用LabVIEW作为开发平台,采用CA-YD-191压电式加速度传感器拾取工件的振动信号,采用PCI-6251多功能数据采集卡采集振动加速度信号并同步输出扫频脉冲信号。系统采用模块化编程,能自动提取工件的谐振频率,显示加速度-频率曲线,保存数据并回放历史曲线,能达到去除工件应力的目的。
A design scheme of vibration aging control system is introduced. Using LabVIEW as the development platform, the vibration signal of the workpiece is picked up by CA-YD-191 piezoelectric accelerometer. The vibration acceleration signal is acquired by the PCI-6251 multi-function data acquisition card and synchronized Output sweep pulse signal. The system uses modular programming, which can automatically extract the resonant frequency of the workpiece, display the acceleration-frequency curve, save the data and play back the historical curve to achieve the purpose of removing the workpiece stress.
