一、前言粮食低温储藏,能较长时期地保持粮食品质,并能有效地抑制虫霉的发展。在低温储藏中采用密闭保管方法,可以隔绝粮堆内外空气对流,使粮温变化明显转慢,增强储粮的稳定性。采用机械通风,将空气强制的压入粮堆内,尤其在严冬寒流时期的通风,达到降温的效果更佳。我县目前的储粮通风方式,是采用存气箱配合薄膜封面进行的机械通风,它是当前通风降温技术中一种比较理想的方式,简单易行,操作方便,清消容易,使用时不占仓容,存放时不占面积,便于仓内机械化进出粮食,可以完全避免粮食结露。存气箱的作用,是利用粮堆内的孔隙作为风道,集中粮堆内孔隙中的空气于存气箱内,供风机吸出仓外,它是粮堆内热空气的集散点,代替和起到了风道的作用。
