左归降糖灵对高糖刺激血管内皮细胞反应性变化的影响

以体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞(HVEC)为受试对象,观察了高浓度葡萄糖(30mM)刺激时HVEC的反应性及左归降糖灵的作用。结果表明,高糖组培养液中葡萄糖浓度下降百分率显著升高,vWF含量亦明显增加。在非高糖组,左归降糖灵和达美康均能促进葡萄糖转化和vWF释放。在高糖组,达美康仅能抑制HVEC释放vWF,而左归降糖灵则不仅能显著抑制vWF释放,还能明显地促进葡萄糖转化。提示左归降糖灵在降低血糖的同时,对糖尿病血管并发症可能有防治作用。 Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HVEC) cultured in vitro were used as subjects. The reactivity of HVEC and the effect of Zuogui Jiangtangling during the stimulation with high concentration of glucose (30 mM) were observed. The results showed that the percentage of glucose concentration in the high glucose group was significantly increased, and the vWF content was also significantly increased. In the non-high-sugar group, Zuogui Jiangtangling and Dameikang both promoted glucose conversion and vWF release. In the high-sugar group, Deltamecan only inhibited the release of vWF by HVEC, while Zuogui Jiangtangling not only significantly inhibited the release of vWF, but also significantly promoted glucose conversion. Prompt left Gui Gui Jiang Tang can reduce the blood sugar at the same time, may have prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular complications.
