在大部分老百姓眼中,老首长们吃什么、怎么吃,总显得神秘而遥不可及。实际上,首长们的食谱并非一般人想象得那样山珍海味具备,恰恰相反,他们甚至吃着更多的粗粮、更少的肉类。据原北京医院营养科主任、首长营养保健专家曾煦媛介绍,正是由于少食多餐、多吃粗粮等科学的饮食方式,才使得我国领导人平均寿命一直居世界前列。
