目的探讨克拉霉素、多西环素对雌性BALB/c小鼠下生殖道解脲脲原体标准株血清4型(UU4)及其生物膜的清除作用。方法构建UU4感染BALB/c小鼠下生殖道生物膜动物模型7d后,将小鼠分为空白组、感染组、克拉霉素组、多西环素组及两者联合用药组,除空白组、感染组小鼠外,分别用上述药物治疗7d和14d,并于治疗结束时及治疗结束后10d时取宫颈组织行扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光显微镜等检查。结果 SEM下克拉霉素、多西环素及两者联合治疗7d后小鼠宫颈仍可见游离的UU及其生物膜,治疗14d后无游离的UU,但生物膜结构仍然存在。结论 UU4形成的生物膜结构不能被常规剂量的克拉霉素和多西环素清除。
Objective To investigate the scavenging effect of clarithromycin and doxycycline on the clearance of UU4 and its biofilm in lower genital tract of female BALB / c mice. Methods After the UU4 infected BALB / c mice were sacrificed for 7 days, the mice were divided into the blank group, the infection group, the clarithromycin group, the doxycycline group and the combination of the two groups, except for the blank group , Infected mice were treated with the above drugs for 7 days and 14 days, respectively. At the end of treatment and 10 days after the treatment, cervical tissues were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescence microscope. Results After treated with clarithromycin, doxycycline and their combination therapy for 7 days, the free UU and its biofilm still remained in the cervix of the mice. There was no free UU after 14 days of treatment, but the biofilm structure still existed. Conclusion The biofilm structure formed by UU4 can not be removed by conventional doses of clarithromycin and doxycycline.
