试验表明外壁铝翅片信号干扰会严重影响铜合金管的涡流检测效果,对于内壁缺陷采用高于主频的频率检测。对于外壁缺陷,文中分别采用支撑板混频和外壁铝翅片直接混频对铝翅片的信号进行抑制,分析表明采用外置支撑板混频对翅片的抑制效果并不明显,支撑板混频可以用来发现缺陷,无法进行伤深测量;采用对外壁铝翅片直接混频抑制,可对铝翅片铜管上缺陷进行粗略测量。
