教学与科研是大学的两大任务,其根本目标是人才培养。教学与科研存在着一种非线性的关系。基于非线性思维的视角,分析了高职教学与科研的现状,明确了教学与科研关系的内涵,从正确定位高职科研、优化教师评价体系、改革教师定岗的用人机制、组建教学和科研团队四个方面提出了高职教学与科研融合的对策。教学与科研的融合是高职人才培养的需要,也是教师获取职业认同感、实现自我价值的需要。
Teaching and research are two major tasks of the university. Its fundamental goal is to train qualified personnel. There is a non-linear relationship between teaching and research. Based on the perspective of non-linear thinking, this paper analyzes the current situation of teaching and research in higher vocational colleges, clarifies the connotation of the relationship between teaching and research, and establishes the teaching and research team by correctly positioning higher vocational scientific research, optimizing teacher evaluation system, reforming the employment mechanism of teachers, Four aspects put forward the countermeasures of higher vocational teaching and research integration. The integration of teaching and research is the need of higher vocational personnel training, but also the need of teachers to acquire professional identity and realize self-worth.
