为了考虑钛鞣剂(主要成分为硫酸氧钛铵复盐)在水溶液中的性质,以及钛铬、钛锆混合鞣液的性质和在这些溶液中是否有Ti-Cr、Ti-Zr异金属多核络合物形成及其形成条件和性能。在不同的pH值、温度、浓度、时间的影响下,用可见紫外分光光度法、pH电位滴定法对这一基础理论问题进行了研究,分别作出了吸收光谱曲线图和pH电位滴定曲线图。根据曲线变化,初步得出了钛鞣剂、钛铬、钛锆溶液性质的某些变化规律,推论钛锆溶液中有Ti-Zr异金属多核络合物形成,而在钛铬溶液中则少有或没有Ti-Cr异金属多核络合物形成。
In order to consider the nature of the titanium tanning agent (the main component is titanyl ammonium sulfate double salt) in aqueous solution, as well as the properties of titanium-chromium, titanium-zirconium mixed tanning liquor and the presence of Ti-Cr, Ti-Zr heterometallic polynuclear Complex formation and formation conditions and properties. Under the influence of different pH value, temperature, concentration and time, this basic theoretical problem was studied by visible UV spectrophotometry and pH potentiometric titration. The absorption spectra and pH potentiometric titration curves were respectively made. According to the change of curve, the properties of Ti-tanning agent, Ti-Cr and Ti-Zr solution were preliminarily obtained. It is deduced that Ti-Zr heterometallic polynuclear complex formed in Ti-Zr solution and less in Ti-Cr solution With or without Ti-Cr heterometallic polynuclear complex formation.
