在比较芦丁、香蒲新苷和蒲黄总黄酮 (TYTF)经硝酸铝—亚硝酸钠—氢氧化钠试液及三氯化铝试剂显色前后的紫外可见吸收光谱的基础上 ,建立了TYTF的含量测定方法 :以香蒲新苷为对照品 ,蒲黄样品经聚酰胺柱分离净化 ,三氯化铝试剂显色后 ,采用紫外—可见分光光度法 ,在 4 0 5nm波长处测定TYTF含量。该方法较以芦丁为对照品 ,硝酸铝—亚硝酸钠—氢氧化钠试液或三氯化铝试剂为显色剂测定TYTF含量更为合理
The TYTF was established on the basis of comparison of the UV-vis absorption spectra of rutin, tylo-neuroside and TFTF before and after color development with aluminum nitrate-sodium nitrite-sodium hydroxide solution and aluminum trichloride reagent. The method for content determination: the tyloside is used as the reference substance, the Puhuang sample is separated and purified by a polyamide column, and after the aluminum trichloride reagent is colored, the content of TYTF is measured at a wavelength of 45 nm by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. This method is more reasonable than rutin as a reference substance, aluminum nitrate - sodium nitrite - sodium hydroxide test solution or aluminum trichloride reagent as a color reagent to determine TYTF content
