目的:探索B超在甲状腺腺瘤诊断中的价值及提高B超诊断甲状腺腺瘤准确性的方法。方法:通过对高频超声探测并为手术和病理证实的396例甲状腺腺瘤的随访分析,比较超声声像图特征和病理类型之间的关系。结果:甲状腺腺瘤以多发性、单侧叶发病为主,混合性回声多见,病灶声像图改变与病理类型之间有一定的规律,且B超可发现5 mm以下临床难以发现的甲状腺腺瘤。结论:高频B超是甲状腺腺瘤的简便、可靠的无创诊断方法。
Objective: To explore the value of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid adenoma and to improve the diagnostic accuracy of B ultrasound in thyroid adenoma. Methods: The follow-up analysis of 396 thyroid adenomas proved by high-frequency ultrasound and confirmed by surgery and pathology was performed to compare the relationship between sonographic features and pathological types. Results: Thyroid adenoma was mainly characterized by multiple, unilateral lobes. The mixed echoes were more common. There was a certain regularity between the change of pathological changes and the pathological types of thyroid adenoma. The thyroid Adenoma. Conclusion: High-frequency B-ultrasound is a simple and reliable noninvasive diagnostic method for thyroid adenoma.
